Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Jumpstart Canadian Immigration Coaching Program provided by Aces Immigration and Travel, a part of Aces Connections Consultancy Inc. By enrolling in this program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Program Inclusions
The Jumpstart Canadian Immigration Coaching Program includes the following:
- A detailed assessment of your qualifications and Canadian immigration prospects.
- An exclusive e-book titled "Welcome to Canada: Top Destinations for Immigrants".
- A one-on-one consultation with Daphne Lavina, RCIC.
3. Access and Duration
- Access to the program is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Participants must complete the detailed assessment form and schedule the one-on-one consultation within this period.
- The e-book can be downloaded and kept for personal use beyond the 30-day access period.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment for the Jumpstart Canadian Immigration Coaching Program is required in full at the time of purchase.
- The program fee is non-refundable. By purchasing the program, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All data provided by participants will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Personal information collected during the program will be used solely for the purpose of providing immigration consulting services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6. Program Limitations
- The Jumpstart Canadian Immigration Coaching Program provides general guidance and advice based on the information provided by participants. It does not guarantee a successful immigration application.
- Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the assessment process. Any misrepresentation or omission may affect the quality of advice given.
7. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during the program, including the e-book and assessment tools, are the intellectual property of Aces Immigration and Travel.
- Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Amendments and Updates
- Aces Immigration and Travel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via email.
- Continued use of the program after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.
- Any disputes arising from or related to the Jumpstart Canadian Immigration Coaching Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan.
